1. Overview

Opsync (“Opsync”, “we”, “us”) is an operations platform for Amazon VA agencies, operated by AI Invention. This policy explains what data we collect through opsync.tech and the Opsync dashboard, why we collect it, and how it's protected.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: agency name, email address, and authentication credentials, handled via Supabase Auth.
  • Amazon SP-API data: order, inventory, advertising, and account-health data you authorize us to read via a read-only OAuth grant. We never request write access beyond what a feature explicitly requires.
  • Operational data: tasks, playbook progress, client records, and reports created inside the dashboard.
  • Usage data: basic product analytics (pages visited, feature usage) used to improve the platform.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used solely to operate the Opsync platform for your agency: rendering dashboards, generating reports, powering task automation, and account health monitoring. We do not sell agency or client data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) with row-level security scoped to your agency. Access to SP-API credentials is encrypted at rest. We apply industry-standard access controls and never expose API keys or secrets in client-side code.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except: (a) infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, database, email delivery), each bound by confidentiality obligations, or (b) when required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Revoking SP-API access can be done directly from your Amazon Seller Central account or from Opsync's settings page.
