Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Opsync (opsync.tech), operated by AI Invention. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the agency you represent.

2. The Service

Opsync is an operations platform for Amazon VA agencies: multi-client dashboard, SP-API integration, VA task management, and automated client reporting. Plans and features are described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your agency's account, including actions taken by VAs you invite.

4. Amazon SP-API Access

Opsync connects to Amazon's Selling Partner API using OAuth grants you explicitly authorize. You may revoke this access at any time via Amazon Seller Central or Opsync's settings. Use of SP-API data through Opsync must comply with Amazon's own Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans (Growth, Scale) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid billing period. The Community plan is free and subject to the usage limits described on the pricing page.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform: no unauthorized access attempts, no reverse engineering, and no use of the service to violate Amazon's policies or applicable law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time; we will delete or anonymize associated data in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

Opsync is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Invention is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
